Set up the AWS acount for use by terraform etc.

This will not be an AWS console user.

Select “IAM” from the “Security, Identity, & Compliance” list

Select “Users” and then “Add User

Select “Programmatic access” and then “Next:Permissions”

Select the “MyAdmins” group and then “Next:Tags”

There is no need to add anything here.

Select “Review”

Select “Create user”

Download the CSV file as this contains the access keys for the user.

Select “Close”
